When completed the tower will be the tallest building in Mauritius.

The project comprises of 4 basement parking levels. Free flowing wavy profiles form 3 levels of high end retail. The next 13 levels comprise of efficient office floors which can be further subdivided into smaller offices. There are 7 levels of luxury hotel guest rooms with 136 keys and 7 levels of apartment floors with 56 apartments. The tower also houses a number of fine dining restaurants and bars, large size banqueting and business center facility and a viewing gallery and rooftop restaurants at the top floor.
