Post Office Towers, Abu Dhabi

The project gets its name from an old post office building, which was demolished to make way for it. The twin towers sit on a G+4 podium, accommodating facilities such as retail, gymnasium, health club, children’s outdoor play area, swimming pool, jacuzzi, etc.

Together they accommodate 250 residential units and 5,500 sq. m. of retail space - both on podiums. They are placed diagonally opposite each other to avoid direct vision from one tower into the other, thereby achieving maximum unobstructed views. Maximum number of apartments are carved out keeping in mind commercial viability without compromising on spaciousness.

This is the firm’s first project in Abu Dhabi and it successfully adheres to sustainability norms, getting conferred the Pearl 1 Estidama rating.
