Abu Dhabi Tower, Abu Dhabi

The proposed project is a mixed use development in the heart of the city of Abu Dhabi (CBD). The development has a distinct lower G+3 storey  podium with 2 nos. of 20-storeyed towers emerging over it. The ground and P1 levels have been designed as a single retail outlet space. P2 comprises of a car parking facility for the retail users and P3 is the transfer/mechanical services floor. The two towers are purely residential comprising of high end 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK apartments.

One residential tower is exclusively for 3BHK apartments and the other is for both 1 & 2BHK units. 3 basements have been provided to serve the parking needs for the residences. The podium roof serves as a health club level, comprising of swimming pool and gymnasium facilities.

The site is flanked by roads on 3 sides which helps us achieve required frontage for retail establishments. The presence of huge landscaped areas and the main airport road in its adjacencies ensures unobstructed views for most of the apartments in the 2 towers.

The site is located in the prime central business district area of Abu Dhabi at the intersection of important road networks thereby giving it a very easily accessible approach from anywhere in Abu Dhabi. The availability of 3 adjoining roads  has played a key role in helping  us to provide retail, and residential facility on the same plot without disturbing their functions.
