Rove La Mer, located in one of the most vibrant retail beach destinations of Dubai enjoys scenic views of the Arabian sea and extended views of Burj Khalifa overlooking the drop off plaza. It has easy access to La Mer bustling backstreets, effluent Jumeirah community and Citywalk.

Set within the La Mer development at the Southernmost end, the hotel enjoys views of the entire La Mer retail and restaurant avenue. It accommodates 366 keys distributed over 7 levels with spectacular views all around.

Approach road is planned with a ramp leading to drop off at upper-level lobby areas for enhanced arrival experience to the guest in connection with the retail stretch of La Mer development. Being a beach destination, the public areas are planned opening towards beach with spill over dining areas. The outdoor areas are planned with stepped arrangement leading directly to the beach.

The typical floor plate is maximized to have high keys counts accommodating 366 keys distributed over 7 levels.

The overall massing of the building is treated to give it a contemporary and minimalist look. Inspiration was drawn from the simplistic architecture of Miami beachfront properties dominated by a horizontal language, balconies and white facades. A continuous Aluminium canopy with aluminium screen at Roof level ties the overall mass giving it very contemporary structural look.
